Perpetual Plaques include a decorated Header Plate. Perpetual Plaque Plates shipped Blank and Attached. For Personalized Perpetual Plates, additional setup and run charges apply. The window surrounding the header plate is a cast laurel wreath design featuring intricate scroll work at the top and bottom.  The casting at the bottom features a rich baroque design. Includes choice of 18 or 36 black brass engraving plates.
